3.2 Password and Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Do not share your password with any third party. 3.3 Account Verification

ph888 may at any time request proof of identity, proof of address, or proof of ownership of a payment method as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until verification is complete.

4.1 Deposit Conditions

All transactions on ph888 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. Currently accepted payment methods:

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Successful withdrawals are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. Withdrawals will always be made via the same method used to deposit funds.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

ph888 offers new users a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The bonus works as follows:

• Example 1: ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,200 bonus → total playing balance of ৳2,200.
• Example 2: ৳18,000 deposit → ৳10,000 bonus (maximum limit) → total playing balance of ৳28,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount (applicable to the bonus amount only — not the deposit amount).

• Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳18,000 must be wagered before becoming eligible to withdraw.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

If the conditions for receiving a bonus are violated — such as claiming from multiple accounts, providing false information, or collaborative betting — ph888 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings. Bonuses are for personal use only and are not equivalent to any cash value. The detailed terms of ongoing promotions are published separately with each offer.

6.1 Game Results

All game results on ph888 are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Each round is independent and free from previous results. ph888 conducts regular third-party audits to ensure the fairness of games.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a game result is incorrectly displayed due to a software or hardware error, ph888 reserves the right to cancel that result and refund the wagered amount. Any amount won by exploiting a bug or error is not valid and will be forfeited.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ph888:

• Using any automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Collaborative betting or account sharing with the intent to manipulate game results.
• Operating multiple accounts to receive bonuses.
• Deliberately exploiting any technical vulnerability of the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

The criteria for VIP level advancement are set by ph888 and are subject to change. Cashback amounts are credited at the start of each week and may have their own wagering requirements. VIP benefits are not equivalent to any cash value and are not transferable.

10.2 Closure by the User

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. All active bonus conditions will be evaluated before the account is closed. Any eligible remaining balance will be returned.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ph888 is not liable for the following:

• Interruption to games caused by internet disconnection or technical failure.
• Loss resulting from issues with the user's own device or software.

13.1 Entire Agreement

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in full effect.

13.3 Amendments to Terms
